It is not right to invent special methods for doing things with children, methods that are unconnected with general cultural life and have not evolved from it. The right thing is for teachers to have a firm footing in general cultural life, to have a good feeling and a good sense for it, so they can base their teaching on what is there in the culture. So I wanted to show how education and educational methods grow out of our own life, a life, however, which is filled with the spirit - Rudolf Steiner.
